Is shopping with you secure? 

Yes! All credit card transactions are processed immediately by the National Bank of New Zealand. The payment page is hosted by the bank: that’s the green and yellow payment page you’re redirected to temporarily as part of the checkout process.

128 bit encryption is used, known as SSL, which is the way that computers scramble your details to keep them secure. The card details you enter are safe – we don’t store these, as they’re entered directly into the banking system.

You’ll receive an instant confirmation of the transaction (approval or decline) before being returned back to our website to complete the purchase.

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping is free, to anywhere in the world.

Our standard delivery method is International Air Mail.

The only exception to this is if you’re in a big hurry and need the items sent to you by national or international courier, so you’ll receive the item anywhere in the world within 5 working days. This will be a little bit more expensive, so if you’ve got any questions or need a price from us, please contact us

What currency can I make my purchase in?

All purchases from Poppet Baby Wear are charged in New Zealand dollars.  For your convenience, we have included a currency converter at the top-right hand corner of the website, so you can display prices in your selected currency.  The currency conversion is an estimate based on current exchange rates, but please be aware that the amount charged to your credit card may differ slightly, as it depends on the exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed by your credit card supplier.

Stocked items will be despatched immediately and delivered to you within 10 working days.

What if a product is out of stock?

We will inform you straight away, and let you know how long it’ll take for the item to be back in stock. If that time frame is unacceptable, we will refund your money immediately.

Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive email confirmation listing:

  • The amount your credit card has been charged.

I'm in a hurry - can you help?

If you’re in a hurry for your order we can use a courier service to deliver your shipment anywhere in the world within 5 working days. This will be a little bit more expensive, so if you’ve got any questions, need a price from us or want to check that an item is in stock, please contact us and inform us of the deadline you’re trying to meet.

What if I need to return a product?

Poppet Baby Wear offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold by our company.  If on receipt of goods you are not satisfied with your purchase please return within 30 days, in the same condition you received it, for a full refund.

What is GST? Is it applicable to me?

GST is the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax, charged at 12.5% for all purchases made in New Zealand. So if you’re located in New Zealand, this will be added onto your order at the checkout stage. The good news for overseas customers is that you don’t pay this tax!
