MEMBERSHIP
1. Joining is free. This is a New Zealand run site and company. We will ship to any part of the world.
2. Joining warrants that you have provided complete, accurate and current contact information on joining. Please maintain and update your contact information held by Poppet Babywear to ensure it is kept current at all times. Poppet Babywear may phone or mail you to verify these details. You must not join under multiple names, email adresses or aliases. However, Poppet Babywear will allow you to create a business login in addition to your personal login. Simply fill out your Company Name when registering your Business Login details.
3. Termination of membership: Poppet Babywear reserves the right to decline to register or to terminate your membership without entering into further discussions with you. Members who have registered under multiple names, email adresses or aliases will have all of their names, email adresses or aliases disabled.
4. Security of your login information: You are responsible for keeping your login information, including your email address and password, secret and secure. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree:
- not to permit any other person to use your email, password or account details and
- not to disclose, or provide to any other person, any of your account information or any other information in connection with your membership that may allow them to gain access to your membership.
5. Emails and newsletters: Poppet Babywear will send you emails relating to your membership, transactions and other activities on the Website, and for promoting and marketing other Poppet Babywear products and services to you. Poppet Babywear may also send regular electronic newsletters to members. Newsletters can be subscribed or unsubscribed to via your account information. |
