What are the delivery costs?

Shipping is free, to anywhere in the world.

Our standard delivery method is International Air Mail.

During purchase you’ll be given the option to choose another service via international courier with tracking service and a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days. This will be a little bit more expensive, so if you’ve got any questions or need a price from us for alternatives, please contact us.

What currency can I make my purchase in?

All purchases from Poppet Babywear are charged at the currency of your choice. Simply choose your preferred currency for this transaction and we will charge you the invoiced amount on your credit card statement.

How do I convert NZ Dollars to my own currency?

Our currency converter at the left sidebar of the website displays prices in your selected currency.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Stocked items will be despatched immediately and delivered to you within 10 working days.

What if a product is out of stock?

We will inform you straight away, and let you know how long it’ll take for the item to be back in stock. If that time frame is unacceptable, we will refund your money immediately.

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive email confirmation listing:

The items you have purchased.
The amount your credit card has been charged.
Your order number (for use in correspondence)

How can I check the status of an order I’ve already placed?

Contact us, and we’ll reply within two working days to advise the despatch date.

I’m in a hurry – can you help?

If you’re in a hurry for your order. Simply choose the from options available at time of order. This will be a little bit more expensive, so if you’ve got any questions, or just want to check that an item is in stock, please contact us and inform us of the deadline you’re trying to meet.

What if I need to return a product?

Poppet Baby Wear offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold by our company.  If on receipt of goods you are not satisfied with your purchase please return within 30 days, in the same condition you received it, for a full refund.
