This rose baby brooch has a small thorn on the stem. The back fixture of the brooch is nickel plated with a safety catch. The pin being nickel is stronger than a silver one, which can be bent too easily when pushed through modern fabrics.
The face of the brooch is quite thick through and so suitable for engraving by hand or machine. The brooch is not light or flimsey, a handy piece of first jewellery as it can be used for many years. This design is also available as an ID bracelet, please contact us if interested.
