Pure Dupion Silk. This is the finest quality and a perfect fabric for Christening gowns as it doesn't crease like the fine voiles and yet has that soft texture which is so important for our babies. The front bodice and sleeve panels are embroidered and hand pintucked in a diagonal lattice pattern to achieve a heritage look. The overall design is as the Christening Gown, but without the wide skirt.
